Resellers Registration and Access to Admin Panel

To become a new reseller, you first need to choose one of the offered partner packages bellow  and fill out the registration form that will appear when you click on the choose plan button . After that, the system will send you a username and password via email or SMS to access the admin panel, marking the start of a 14-day trial period. During the trial period, all functionalities from the selected package and instructions for using the admin panel will be available to you.


 

Important note

After the trial period expires, it is necessary for the reseller to make a payment to continue using the admin panel, or the system will deny access. If the reseller does not make a payment immediately after the trial period expires, the system will keep the reseller’s data and everything entered in the admin panel for 30 days. After that, all data will be permanently deleted.
The system will automatically send reminders and pro forma invoices for the next month to the reseller’s email address, and each payment will be automatically registered, extending the package. In case of a change in the package, the reseller just needs to choose a new package .

Connecting with a Partner

For your service to be functional, you need to contact and choose a Partner who will lease IP streams to you. From the available list of Partner contacts, you select one or more Partners you want to connect with and contact them in the way the Partner has specified. Once you have a formal agreement with the Partner, you need to initiate the process of connecting with the Partner in the admin panel:

      1.The Reseller selects the Partner by sending a filled Request for Partner in the admin panel.

      2.The Partner accepts or rejects the request by responding in the admin panel.

      3.WP Play connects the Reseller in the admin panel to the chosen Partner, after which the Reseller has access to the content of the selected Partner.


If, for any reason, the Reseller wants to terminate collaboration with a specific Partner, they can do so after canceling the collaboration with the current Partner and then connecting to a new Partner:

       1.The Reseller stops using the Partner’s streams on their initiative by filling out a request for removal in the admin panel.

       2.WP Play sends a notification to the Partner and Reseller and removes the Reseller from the list of Resellers of this Partner.

The procedure for selecting the next Partner is the same as selecting the first one. Changing the Partner does not in any way affect the data you have previously entered in the admin panel. All information entered by the Reseller in the admin panel (about users, packages, prices, etc.) is visible exclusively to you, and no Partner can see or delete it, so changing the Partner does not require re-entering data in the admin panel.
