Partner Registration and Access to Admin Panel

To become a new partner, you first need to choose one of the offered partner packages bellow  and fill out the registration form that will appear when you click on the choose plan button . After that, the system will send you a username and password via email or SMS to access the admin panel, marking the start of a 14-day trial period. During the trial period, all functionalities from the selected package and instructions for using the admin panel will be available to you .


Important note

After the trial period expires, it is necessary for the partner to make a payment  to continue using the admin panel, or the system will deny access. If the partner does not make a payment immediately after the trial period expires, the system will keep the partner’s data and everything entered in the admin panel for 30 days. After that, all data will be permanently deleted.
The system will automatically send reminders and pro forma invoices for the next month to the partner’s email address, and each payment will be automatically registered, extending the package. In case of a change in the package, the partner just needs to choose a new package.

 

Reseller Network

 

The option to build a Reseller network is by default included, and all Resellers using the WP Play system have access to the Partner’s contact information. The Partner defines how they will exchange information with Resellers and which contact details will be visible.

If a Partner does not want to have Resellers to whom they will sell IP streams, they need to choose the option “I do not want to provide services to Resellers” when filling out the registration form. The system will not display the Partner’s contact information.

When a Partner and Reseller agree to collaborate, they initiate the procedure to connect the Reseller:
1. The Reseller selects the Partner by sending a Request for Partner in the admin panel.
2. The Partner accepts or rejects the request by responding in the admin panel.
3. WP Play connects the Reseller in the admin panel to the chosen Partner, after which the Reseller has access to the content of the selected Partner.

 

If a Partner wants to terminate collaboration with a specific Reseller, they initiate the procedure to unlink the Reseller:

1. The Partner ceases collaboration with a specific Reseller on their initiative by filling out the Remove My Reseller request.
2. WP Play sends a notification to the Partner and Reseller and removes the Reseller from the list.

Dealer Network

A partner can have an unlimited number of Dealers, and management takes place in the admin panel in the following way:

1. The Partner clicks on the add Dealer option located on the Providers page
2.Fills the data window, which includes the user name and password with which the Dealer will log in to access the admin panel
3. If the Partner wants to temporarily or permanently disable the Dealer’s service, find the appropriate Dealer in the My Dealers table and click on edit
4. In the window that appears, find the status field and select the option Inactive (temporary shutdown of the service) or Delete (permanent removal of the Dealer along with all its subscribers)
5. In the same place, the Inactive Dealer can be reactivated by selecting the Active option
