WPPlay is not responsible for any content uploaded, streamed, or distributed by its customers.

To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
4. Payments and Billing
Our services are provided on a subscription or contractual basis. Pricing, billing terms, and payment conditions are agreed upon separately with each customer.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the WPPlay platform, including software, design, and branding, remain the property of WPPlay.
Customers retain ownership of their own content and branding.
6. Limitation of Liability
WPPlay provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for:
– Content distributed by customers
– Loss of revenue, data, or business interruptions
– Third-party integrations or services
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
